Return Process

1. Make sure your order was placed within 30 days of the receipt and the item is returnable. You may find it out in the product description on our website or simply just email us at returns@agecomfort.com to confirm.

2. Ready? To process your return, please fill the form below.

Please Note:

(1)If you are returning part of the order, please make a note of this in the “Details” section of the form below.

(2) Please provide the same email address you used to place your order.
(3) We will only call you when we can't contact you through email.
(4) You can find the order number on your invoice.


What will happen after you submit the form below?


1.
After you submit the form below, we will email you an Exchange and Return Form with Authorization Number once we approve your return.

2. Please print out and fill the Exchange and Return Form and state the reason for returning.

3.Repack the item(s) along with the original invoice and the Exchange and Return Form. Make sure you pack all the items in the condition it was delivered.

4. Please note that you'll have to pay the return shipping cost unless it's our fault to ship you the defective or wrong item(s).
