The Delta-Form Brief Line is manufactured by the world renowned Abena Corporation; known for designing and constructing the highest quality and most absorbent incontinence products in the world. I know a lot of people prefer the plastic backed, but I actually like the cloth backed diapers like these. I wear these and the M4s (both cloth and plastic backed), and honestly, as far as actual use these work fantastic. While they don't absorb as much as the M4, if you can get away with slightly less absorbency these are by far cheaper and work extremely well. They lock away the liquid very quickly and don't leave you with that wet feeling like the cheaper brands that cost more, so in my books they are a winner.
Preferred the older model.

Those's were my favorite briefs until they switched to cloth-like.
The plastic was safe, durable and didn't smell. Now it's just not as protective.
Absorbency is still good tho.

I’ve been incontinent for a few years now, and was looking for a new try on briefs, so I chose these. I wouldn’t say these are bad briefs, but they are average. However, they have good absorbency.

these are now cloth backed. They are pretty comfortable to wear and the absorbancy is on par with the attends extended wear.
It is not a great brief, just a little better than average. M4 Abriform or Molicare super plus are far better.
