Happy with Product

the rollator back bar could be a little softer, however, all in all the walker is wonderful to have. No issues with brakes or mobility. Excellent to have when a person gets tired and has to sit down. Smooth rolling.

Such a good price for a good product! I love this product because there’s enough storage space for me to keep my purse, also I am also able to hang a grocery bag on the handle like someone else who mentioned it in a comment above. I like how there is a seat so I can catch my breath or rest by sitting on it.
Great deal and happy

This was an amazing price to begin with, much cheaper than Canadian Tire. We also checked two local home health care stores and pricing was much much higher. We purchased this for my mother, was delivered 2 days after we ordered it which was impressive. She loves this rollator, it is much more stable than her older one which we purchased from Shopper Home Health Care. She is now more mobile and more confident going for her daily walks around the neighborhood, which she had recently stopped doing. Thanks for the great service and great offer - we will be back as you have SO many other items we can all use.

Arthritis and Emphysema had me staggering down to my local shops, cane in one hand and shopping in the other. Out of breath due to emphysema, I'd have to lean on the telephone pole every 200 meters or so to recover my breath. Then I saw your ad in the newspaper and ordered your sale-price Rollator and my outdoor life is now much easier. In addition to the existing storage space, I've hung one of those black fabric Loblaws bags from the two wingnuts so that it hangs in the space between the seat and the front horizontal strut, giving me extra storage for bought groceries. And as far as getting out of breath, all I now do is stop on level ground and sit until ready to continue. Thank you for the special sale-price on this rollator and for having a catalogue of so many useful aids.
Not suitable for outdoor use

This rollator is ONLY suitable for indoor use. I used it outdoors for exactly one hour, on city sidewalks and in good weather. As the wheels are plastic, it was very uncomfortable and jarred my shoulders and upper arms, which remained painful for a few days. As I only need a walker for walking outside, I returned it, and was refused a refund on the grounds that it was ``damaged and unsaleable ``!!! Since I had used it only ONCE, and it had been kept indoors (I only had it a couple of days, before returning it), I think this indicates the very poor quality of this product !! On the plus side, it IS easy to assemble (no tools needed), and is reasonably priced. It might be suitable for someone who walks VERY slowly, indoors, but really is a shining example of ``you get what you pay for ``
