Incontinence Products (due to the hygienic nature of these products, we’re unable to take returns)
Hospital Beds & Mattresses
Lifts (Bath, Chair & Patient Lifts)
Oxygen (Nebulizers, face masks, concentrators)
All other items can be returned if they are brand new & unopened. Due to the hygienic nature of most of products, once opened, many products cannot be returned. Items that are returned to us that are found to be used or in open condition will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
Return Procedure:
1. If you would like to return a product, please refer to the list below to see if your product qualifies for a return. If not stated online, you may email us at orderdesk@agecomfort.com to confirm as to whether the product can be returned. Feel free to call us at 1.800.520.3259.
2. Have the following info ready to initiate a return. • Your original order number • Item(s) you would like to return • The reason for the return.
3. Please click HERE to fill out the form. Once we confirm the products are acceptable for return, our team member will issue RMA number and give you detailed instruction.

*If you are returning an order that was sent to you in error, we will send you a no charge return label. For all other returns, you are responsible for the cost of the return.
Please note:
Once your order has left the facilities of AgeComfort or our vendors for drop ship items, the order cannot be cancelled. It will have to go through the regular return process and you would be responsible to pay for the shipping cost that occurs
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been processed, you will receive your refund via the original method of payment you used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, it can take between 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your bank/credit card statements.
Exceptions
1) After 30-days from your order, please contact our returns department to see if your product qualifies for a refund or exchange. 2) Defective products – products with defects under warranty will be exchanged. Please call us at 1.800.520.3259 if you encounter any problems with your purchase and we make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Cancellation of an order In most cases we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact our customer care team immediately to check if the order can be cancelled. If your order has already been processed, contact our returns department for Return Merchandise Authorization via email or telephone once you have received the product. Send back the products with the RMA# and the refund will be made on the original method of payment within 1 - 7 business days.
