Email Information
It came to our attention July 11th 2019, that a spam /phishing email was sent out under the alias of what looked to be as it was from AgeComfort. This email may have happened on July 10th & 11th 2019 and appears to have been a spam-bot that is asking users to make payment for an order.
This email was not sent from us and we apologize to anyone who may have received this email. If you have received this email, you should delete it. Please note that we have not and would not send any of our customers emails asking to open an attachment for payment.
We do not store credit card information and all web orders are processed through Big Commerce which is a leading web hosting platform who is PCI compliant. Payment card industry (PCI) compliance refers to the technical and operational standards that businesses must follow to ensure that credit card data provided by cardholders is protected.
We take privacy seriously and are taking steps internally to avoid this possibility in the future. We are informing customers, have posted this page and will include updates on this page. You can check this page in the future for updates and again, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
