Abena Abri Form Original Briefs X Plus Night High Absorbency Pads
The Abena Abri Form Original Briefs X-Plus offer four times more absorbency than a typical store-brand product, so you know you’re covered no matter what.
- Plastic backed high absorbency incontinence pad
- Shaped to fit, with soft but strong elastic waistbands and legs, that provide a no-leak seal
- Back of briefs will move with you, so you can walk freely
- External wetness indicator, helpful feature for caregivers
- The Top Dry layer quickly wicks liquids away from your skin, ensuring that you always feel dry, even when you first wake in the morning
- The pad’s long cellulose fibers direct the liquid to a highly absorbent core
- The edges of these adult diapers are lined with cross barriers, eliminating leaks, so your incontinence remains private
Whether you have stress, urge, or overflow incontinence, you can rely on these high absorbency pads to keep you dry and free. You can see when the pad needs changing from the exterior wetness indicator.
Dealing with bladder, gallbladder and kidney stones just got easier too, as you can choose a higher absorbency brief when you know you’ll need more protection than usual. A darker coloured label on the front of the pad itself means it absorbs more than lighter coloured pads.

I'm night time urinary incontinent and these diapers work amazingly well. I'm a short, larger male and the mediums say they fit me, but honestly if you are near the end of the medium range step up to large. Large although it has a higher waist does seem to fit better. I do pair these with plastic pants for extra security, My wife is happy we finally have a dry bed every morning!!
Qualitative and Reliable

Reliable absorbent diapers, used for day and night never had to experience leakage. Plastic backed seem to hold better, so prefer these over the cloth ones. Work well with inlays overnight.

Great diaper. Soft for the skin, great absorbancy. Tried many different brands, go back to them every time. Price slightly higher than other brands, but they are worth it.

Ive been using the Abena M4 diapers for almost 5 years now , with only minor flaws that more than likely had more to do with application than product quality. Highly recommended, hope these are around for longer.
EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND RELIABLE PROTECTION

The Abena X-Plus delivers a very comfortable and highly reliable level of protection, especially for users for whom frequent changes aren't possible. While slightly bulkier than other brands it is for me the gold standard for protection and distributes moisture very efficiently.

OVERALL, A VERY GOOD DIAPER
Posted by Adrian Merrill on 8th May 2017
This diaper's absorbency has changed over the years (it's also not as thick). I've also found that the sizing isn't entirely accurate. At 5'9, 180lbs with a 36" waist, I'm stuck in between medium and large (medium is almost too small, large is a little too big). As such, I experience leaks more often than not (and the diaper is rarely fully saturated).
I still use this during the day; but you will definitely want to add a booster pad (abri-let) if you want maximum protection and reliability.
AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT

Very effective and comfortable product, fits very well. One of the best I've tried. Would recommend to anyone suffering from fecal incontinence.

These are good for light to moderate use. But, not for night time use as described. They do tend to leak
