Like this DVD very much. Possibility of an easy or more challenging workout, and the opportunity to do a five minute workout concentrating on one area only or twenty minutes on all areas Instructions are easy to follow. I'm a 70+ Senior but would work well for younger ages as well. Very satisfied.
