Under Performance
The items design area for the head rest causes undue strain on the neck as there is nothing to stop the head from rolling. The memory foam does not conform very well. Not comfortable for sleeping. Item should be 100% memory foam, not a thin layer on top of regular foam. For the price, I was expecting all memory foam. Works well as a back rest for sitting up and reading, but could have gotten something for this purpose a lot cheaper.
