Hugo Claw standing tip for cane
I'm sure this product is very good but the problem is that it doesn't fit my standard aluminum cane which is 1 inch diameter whereas cane tip is 3/4 inch. I phoned to see if you sold a cane to fit and the girl didn't know. I discussed with her the problem of there not being any sizing in the catalog for these products, the other problem being that all sales are final. So I am stuck with a useless product! In future please include sizing for things like canes and cane tips in your catalog. Otherwise it's not an honest description is it? Now I will have to find another cane that will fit and it won't be from you will it?
