Disappointed - not for incontinence.
Great idea but fell short of expectations. Bought for incontinence and to prevent bed sores from moisture. Stay- dry lining didn't keep skin dry at all. The moisture wicked up causing the pillow to become wet and the piping around the case wicked moisture on the bedsheets and mattress pad. Backing also left bedsheet feeling somewhat humid and not perfectly dry underneath. Core is very soft and comfortable to lay on and may provide some air circulation but not useful as a solution for incontinence.
