With an ISO absorbency of 6,500ml and quick wicking core, NorthShore MEGAMAX Briefs provide up 12 hours of protection! The extra-large core also provides excellent coverage in the front and rear even for that restless sleeper. Tall stand-up leak guards, leg cuffs, and waistband elastics protect against leaks from the leg openings and around the waist.

Megamax
An excellent product, I would recommend trying these for the high capacity. The black color feels more discrete than plain white.

Sizing
i bought a bag of small and usually i use medium size briefs, the small megamax are the same size as the abena x-plus plastic back in medium. I am very happy that i found something with super absorbancy and i love the color!! I am a waist size of 36" medium build guy and these fit awesome and comfortable ! Highly recommended!
