The extra-large core also provides excellent coverage in the front and rear even for that restless sleeper. Sizing Issues
I myself am kinda slim, however my waist actually measures 34" and my hips the widest at 35 1/5". I find North American sizing in jeans/pants to be kind of misleading and often larger than specified. These are no different. Having made the mistake of purchasing a package of these in Pink as well as Blue I'm at loss. Be sure to try a sample if you are unsure. To be frank these are HUGE on me. I have had more than not leak around the back of the leg gatherers while sitting well before capacity on these - often with only a small wee. I cannot get these to fit properly which is a shame. I may still try the smalls variety - I like the plain colours. I have been incontinent and wearing diapers for a very long time and have always worn Medium Briefs/Diapers without issue.

NORTHSHORE MEGAMAX BRIEFS PINK
I love love love these! Tapes are excellent, defiantly won't come off! Rated for just over 6,000 mils, and no problem with that. I will say though... they do run big. I take a Med in any other type of diaper on the market and these were very big on me! I have since ordered a bag in small and they fit perfect! The outside plastic is very strong and soft as well. Well worth it!
