All other items can be returned if they are brand new & unopened. Due to the hygienic nature of most of products, once opened, many products cannot be returned. Items that are returned to us that are found to be used or in open condition will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Once your order has left the facilities of AgeComfort or our vendors for drop ship items, the order cannot be cancelled. It will have to go through the regular return process and you would be responsible to pay for the shipping cost that occurs
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been processed, you will receive your refund via the original method of payment you used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, it can take between 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your bank/credit card statements.
Exceptions
1) After 30-days from your order, please contact our returns department to see if your product qualifies for a refund or exchange. 2) Defective products – products with defects under warranty will be exchanged. Please call us at 1.800.520.3259 if you encounter any problems with your purchase and we make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Cancellation of an order In most cases we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact our customer care team immediately to check if the order can be cancelled. If your order has already been processed, contact our returns department for Return Merchandise Authorization via email or telephone once you have received the product. Send back the products with the RMA# and the refund will be made on the original method of payment within 1 - 7 business days.

Pillow Paws Double-Imprint Terries Slipper Socks provide warmth, comfort and are an excellent choice for patients who are returning to their feet. Our double-imprint line of patient safety footwear, assures that the slip-resistant tread is always in contact with the walking surface. This assurance helps get patients back on their feet with confidence.
Unlike other manufacturers, the slip-resistant tread is printed on the smooth side of the terrycloth fabric. This allows the ink to “puff” and create a full, robust tread design. The ink is not lost in the terry loops, enhancing safety and comfort. Our Pillow Paws Terry Slipper Socks are machine washable for multiple usages.
