Although the grip function is great, I find the end to grab products is too small. It won't even fit over a roll of toilet paper.

Works well.
Works as advertised, and the construction is good. It may be difficult for those with arthritis or similar problems since the handle is a bit stiff. Grips very well - the two ends are well aligned. A good product.
