Tena Comfort Pads
I found them a bit awkward to put on under regular underpants-too much material

Absorbs a lot!
I get these for my mil for over nights. They are pretty much the only thing that won't leak overnight, yet is not as uncomfortable as a brief. She uses a pull up version during the day. I wish there was a slightly cheaper option, as these are over a dollar a piece, but they are cheaper than some.
