J’utilise ces couches depuis plusieurs années. J’ai essayé plusieurs autres modèles et les ATN de Tranquility sont et de loin les meilleurs. Voici pourquoi: -grandeur small disponible, -plastifiée ça apporte un meilleur soutient et un meilleur contrôle des odeurs tout en étant plus confortable. -pas trop épaisse donc plus discrète. -très douce au touché et très résistante. -pour la nuit, simplement à ajouter un insert étroit proposé par Tranquility. -prix abordable contrairement à la compétition. -après quelques minutes, on oublie qu’on en porte une. -livraison rapide, discrète, fiable et professionnelle. -depuis que ma conjointe (64 ans) a accepter d’en essayer et de faire confiance aux couches, elle ne se prive plus de sorties, de longues marches, de jogging, ou de ballades en moto. -Quand elle va faire son magasinage, elle se protège et profite de la quiétude que lui procure ces couches. -terminé les problèmes de fuites.

Good for the price
This is not up there with the higher end diapers, but for the price point they provide a good level of leak protection and will take about 2 wettings. That's about a normal night for me, but it may not be enough for some people. The plastic-backing is a plus and in terms of comfort these are super comfortable, although they can get a bit warm during hot weather.

Pretty Good
I wear these for work when I need a thinner diaper, but they are not as absorbent as my preferred brands that I wear the rest of the time. They are OK for absorbency and I need to change them more often, but they are BY FAR the best brand at this price range.
