10 Things To Start Doing Now

December is decision time. What will you take into the new year and what will you leave behind? Here is a starting place. Love to hear your thoughts and how you are planning on moving forward.

1. Forgive yourself and forgive others

Everything unfolds perfectly. The mistake or crisis was really an opportunity for you to learn and grow. The person who crossed you has moved on. Do the same. Open the door for new experience.

10 Things To Start Doing Now

2. Trust your intuition

We have a natural inner mechanism that reveals the truth of a situation instantaneously. Working with that information puts you in the right place at the right time effortlessly. Foresight is more powerful than hindsight. This voice will never betray you.

3. Count your blessings

You have more than you think you do. Notice and give thanks.

4. Love deeply

Be honest, patient, precise and mature. Life loves you.

5. Serve others

The fastest way to shift your consciousness is to give without expectation. This is Yoga off the mat. This is a form of activism that uplifts the world.

6. Choose your words wisely

Your words create your experience. The Shabd, or Word is a powerful technology. Everything from the subatomic particles in your cells to the infiniteness of the Universe responds to what you say and think. Suggestion – remove these phrases from your vocabulary “I can’t, I don’t know, and I’m not ready” None of this is true.

7. Eat live food

Add something fresh to every meal. You don’t have to be a raw vegan to reap the benefits. When you eat food that is alive your body responds with more aliveness. Thoughts become clearer and decisions become easier. The connection is remarkable and immediately tangible.

8. Keep your spaces clean and tidy

Clutter blocks creativity, prosperity and new experiences. Here’s a little mantra that helps – “Everything has a place and everything in its place.” When I can’t find room for it, or I don’t know where it belongs I asks myself if I really need it. If I don’t – I donate it, creating room for something new.

9. Be present

Take a few deep breaths once every hour. It sounds so simple and it is. In the present moment you can make a decision for the good of all. In an emotional state, old patterns and past experience rule. Give yourself an opportunity to move forward.

10. Raise the bar

You deserve the best. You just do. Start here and weed out the people, experiences, and circumstances that no longer serve you. Keep your standards high and life will start offering opportunities to develop into the magnificent person you were always meant to be.
