Yogapalooza touches down in a new green space with double the classes and an expanded menu of offerings for families, those new to yoga and experienced yogis alike.

Think of your skin like a filtering system, as important to your digestion as your colon and liver. Most of us will blame our skin issues on the choice of food we make.
