Yogapalooza 2013 – Go Big or Go Om!

Yogapalooza is Toronto’s free, family-friendly outdoor yoga festival, exploring the theme of happiness through movement, music and meditation. This year, we’re bigger and better. Yogapalooza touches down in a new green space with double the classes and an expanded menu of offerings for families, those new to yoga and experienced yogis alike. Classes and performances will run at the Harbourfront Centre’s Exhibition Common from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 21st andSunday, September 22nd.

Festival Producers Salimah Kassim-Lakha, Brigid Dineen, and Salima Jivraj are excited to offer a uniquely inclusive opportunity for people to explore yoga in its various forms. Eighteen class experiences will be offered over the course of the two-day festival. Guests can groove to the sounds of the drumming circle, stretch out their stress, and connect to their playful side through yoga, martial arts, dance and music. With a kids’ yoga space, wholesome market, and live music, it’s an event the whole family will enjoy.
