Important Shipping Update

AgeComfort is currently undergoing a major systems upgrade as part of our continued investment in improving the customer experience and enhancing our operations.

To complete this transition and perform our annual physical inventory count, online orders placed between May 21 and May 24 will be temporarily held for processing.

Order shipping will resume beginning May 25, with orders released in the sequence they were received.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these improvements to better serve our customers in the future.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $100 (before taxes) to almost all locations in Canada (see below for information on remote locations).

For all Canadian orders, we use a different couriers for parcel post (For RUSH ORDERS, we offer express courier delivery, please contact us for details). Normal delivery times for this service is 3-7 business days to major cities and a few extra days for remote locations.

We no longer ship to the USA, we apologize for any inconvenience. Many of our popular incontinence products can be found on Amazon.com

Remote Locations in Canada:

AgeComfort.com charges extra for shipping to remote locations in Canada. "Remote location" are also referred to as Air Stage locations. This means that these locations require Air Lift transportation for mail more than 6 months per year. Click here for a list of Air Stage Locations
