All other items can be returned if they are brand new & unopened. Due to the hygienic nature of most of products, once opened, many products cannot be returned. Items that are returned to us that are found to be used or in open condition will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Once your order has left the facilities of AgeComfort or our vendors for drop ship items, the order cannot be cancelled. It will have to go through the regular return process and you would be responsible to pay for the shipping cost that occurs
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been processed, you will receive your refund via the original method of payment you used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, it can take between 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your bank/credit card statements.
Exceptions
1) After 30-days from your order, please contact our returns department to see if your product qualifies for a refund or exchange.
2) Defective products – products with defects under warranty will be exchanged. Please call us at 1.800.520.3259 if you encounter any problems with your purchase and we make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Cancellation of an order In most cases we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact our customer care team immediately to check if the order can be cancelled. If your order has already been processed, contact our returns department for Return Merchandise Authorization via email or telephone once you have received the product. Send back the products with the RMA# and the refund will be made on the original method of payment within 1 - 7 business days.

2 ‘n 1 - Six Photo Memory Keys- Daily or in Emergencies: These six dedicated memory keys let you connect with your daily important contacts in an instant, or if the SOS Pendant button pressed, your Emergency Contacts, 911 or a 24/7 Caregiver Service if you choose (additional fee). Assign a photo to each key for a visual reference, making it easier than ever to reach out to your loved ones. These keys simplify the calling process, providing a quick and efficient way to maintain your connections.
How it works: To minimize risk and maximize peace of mind in emergency situations, user presses the SOS Pendant pressed (within 250 ft. of the phone base), the phone automatically dials the first of 6 photo button contacts, with an automated SOS message. The system is customizable- whether you want the first call is to Emergency Contact(s) living nearby, or to a 24/7 Caregiver service (monthly fee) or to 911, the system continues dialing the next in sequence, until the Automated Message is acknowledged, meaning action is taken accordingly.
Big Buttons for Easy Dialing: The phone's large, user-friendly buttons make dialing a straightforward task. Whether you have dexterity issues or prefer a simpler keypad, these buttons ensure an effortless and hassle-free dialing experience. The intuitive design keeps calling accessible and frustration-free, especially for visually impaired.
Permanent Adjustable Handset , Ringer Volume & Visual Flasher: Permanently customize your handset sound with three handset volume levels that amplify incoming audio up to 85 decibels. The loud Ringer can reach 75+ decibels (3 volume settings), ensuring you won't miss important calls, even if you have difficulty hearing. The addition of a visual flasher complements the loud ringer, making sure you're aware of incoming calls through both sound and visual cues. It's a powerful combination for enhanced accessibility.
Landline or VOIP Compatible: Often, VoIP phone services do not deliver enough power to operate our quality smpl DIAL phones. The solution is the smpl DIAL Power Adapter Add-on, included in this version.
SOS Pendants: SMPL eliminated the most common barrier of use of PERS pendants –a 1-year life battery (in normal use) so forgetful recharging isn’t required. Placed around the neck with included lanyard, clipped to clothing or placed in a pocket. Pendant arrives ready to work, already paired to the phone base. Pushed the SOS button inadvertently?
