Order Desk Sales Agent

We're looking for a dynamic Order Desk sales agent who is passionate about helping customers! In this role you would be responsible for looking after incoming customer calls, dealing with orders, replying to customers queries, questions and being on the front line of customer service. 

Requirements for this role

  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal(Bilingual French/English is an asset) 
  • Strong computer skills (Excel & Word) and ability to type at least 60-70 wpm
  • Strong organizational skills in an office environment
  • Compassionate, kind and warm on the phone and willingness to help customers 
  • Previous experience in Order Desk and or health care industry is an asset.
