We will submit billing directly to Medavie Blue Cross for eligible clients and there will be no out-of-pocket expenses. Enrollment in the program is free and you will get the added benefit of a five percent discount on your auto-reorder items.

Step 1: Send us your health insurance account information
For RCMP and CAF members, please forward to us your medical card number card number and your doctor's diagnosis with the prescription.
For VAC members, please forward to us your "K" number and your doctor's diagnosis with the prescription.
Please also include your full name, phone number and shipping address.

Step 2: We confirm your approval and order
We will confirm your approval with Blue Cross. We ask for your patience here because sometimes immediate contact with a Blue Cross representative is not always possible.
On approval, we will ship your first and all subsequent orders.
All you need to do now is be comfortable! Your orders will arrive when you need your supplies, until such time as your eligibility or needs change.
