It reduces mask leaks, pressure on the face and mask discomfort. It allows back and side sleeping, ear comfort, a pressure free mask zone, and support to keep face from rotating downward. The silky, quilted cover material follows the pillow's contours for ease of movement. Soft velour cushions your head and the pillow cover easily zips off for washing. Constructed of high density foam.

This pillow slopes up towards the back causing the neck to be at an uncomfortable angle While it may not bother some, it was very uncomfortable for me, causing neck pain.

Amazing pillow! It's firm, and reduced the chances of breaking my mask seal. I'm a side-sleeper and a large man, so I have a thin pillow beneath it.

this pillow is great in that the cut outs accommodate the mask and there is a tie off sleeve for the hose, no losing hose in the middle of the night

I can sleep on my side again!
I am so happy to have purchased this pillow. With it, I can finally sleep on my side and stomach again, even with my full-face mask. This pillow has made CPAP therapy incredibly comfortable and easy for me. It should be recommended to every new CPAP patient!
