These High performance briefs deliver superior absorbency and are ideal for Special needs kids with a waist from 18" to 26". The "Peach Mat Construction" guarantees skin dryness, odor control, bacterial control and pH neutralization. These briefs are soft and comfortable. The refastenable tape tabs enable multiple opening and closing of the brief. The Junior, X-Small, and Small sizes feature a cloth-like backing and micro-hook closure tabs. The Medium, Large and X-Large sizes have a poly backing with refastenable tape tabs allowing for multiple opening and closing of the brief. Latex-free.

Absorbent and comfortable
We bought these for our grandson whi can no longer fit in conventional sized diapers. No more soak through during the night and less skin issues

Super Thin and LOUD!
Omg! I love how these are so damn thin, even wet they dont swell very much. aside from lack of a waist band(why dont more products have this? only reason depend is comfortable.) but with a pair of mesh shorts these stay in place and are really comfortable. When I wear scrubs you can't tell I'm diapered, until I move. These seem to crinkle extra loud!!! This is probably why they charge more for the non poly backed. although I found those didn't keep their shape better.

Exactly what I need!
The slim line is comfortable to wear and does an excellent job of absorption and odor control. I appreciate the fact that it is not bulky and wears discretely under regular clothing. As an active person I prefer the plastic backing. The tapes hold and the diaper does not stretch.

These products are surprisingly good for tranquility. They whick quickly and don't feel wet when used.

Great product
this brief is very absorbent feels really soft in side. poly outer is made thin,not really bonded to material inside. slimline holds good quantity. when capacity threshold is reached will leak quickly. Still really good for the money.
