These booster pads are designed as flow-through pads that fill to capacity and then pass additional fluid to the disposable brief. They economically extend the use of the original undergarment and are easy to change and dispose. Topliner Super-Plus Contour Pads improve wearing comfort by ending leakage, rashes and nighttime changes. Their hourglass shape is specifically designed to contain bowel incontinence as well as liquid, and their soft texture makes cleanup easier. 32" X14". The hourglass shaped Tranquility Topliner Contour Pads is designed for bladder control as well as bowel incontinence.

Extra Capacity
I purchase these for my mother. With them she is able to get a good night's sleep with fewer concerns about leaking. I'm pleased that she has less skin break down from being wet. They really do help contain much more volume while being comfortable.

Very thirsty pad.
I have been using these pads for years (since 1996, I think) - and find them to be very thirsty/absorbent pads. I find that the design of this pad (when properly inserted) tends to impede/interfere with the performance of the moisture barriers (Molicare, Abena), but that's also a minor/inconsequential detail. If (like me) you're a heavy wetter, then I strongly recommend these pads. They're not as absorbent as the Abri-Let Maxi pad, but the "peach mat" feature is great for neutralizing urine (and the absorbency difference is negligible).

These are bariatric size...
Make sure you buy the right size. I didn't realize these were the bariatric size, so way too big for someone who has a 34" waist.
