This works very well. I bought this for a senior in a care home and it has made it much easier for him to hear others.

Love the product. Great help for my dad who did not enjoy wearing conventional hearing aids Only issue is that the headset should be of a somewhat better quality.

Great product
This product is excellent and makes TV watching very enjoyable.....No more cranking up the volume on the TV set to hear the audio. My neighbors appreciate this and I highly recommend this product.

Simple, reliable, worth the price
This was bought on behalf of my mother who, in her mid nineties, recently moved into a nursing home that uses Pocket Talkers. She finds it easier to use than her expensive, and easily lost (three times) in-ear hearing aids. It has been dropped a few times without ill effect.

Works well
I bought this for my dad, and he loves this. He can hear sounds clearly and is great when he uses it to talk to people individually or in a group. We were worried about the battery life, but it lasts for quite some time (depending on how long you use it for).
